The action or process of combining a number of things into a single more effective or coherent whole. Fall of 2019 is upon us and the new school year will soon start.  Many changes have happened over the last few months that we are excited to share with you.  Ethnos360 Waukesha, WI and Ethnos360 Jackson, MI are merging into one Bible Institute.Waukesha will receive most of the Freshmen class this Fall and by Fall 2020 most staff and all the students from the Jackson campus will transfer to Waukesha. With the increase in enrollment, we have had to make many changes to our current school building which include renovating the kitchen and dining areas, adding new classrooms, adding parking areas, increasing the space in our child care facility and finding homes for the new staff to live in.  The staff here at the school have been busy with these projects.  Andy and I have helped out by painting the new dining area in the school. Many of the aspects of ours jobs will remain the same for this next coming school year.  We are not really sure how things will look next fall with more staff and students coming. This fall we have a little over 200 students which includes the new class of freshman of about 115.  Jackson has a total enrollment of just 85 students this fall comprising the senior class and some freshman that wanted to start their training at the Jackson institute for various reasons, but will then move to Waukesha next fall when the merge is complete. We will be bursting at the seams for a bit until things all settle into place. Gina has started a new little side business to help raise funds for a new "to her" car. Click on the picture if you are interested in placing an order.  Books are made to order, or choose from several designs already done. I have recently moved my books over to a store in downtown Waukesha, called Burlap and Lace.  How fun to have a place to put my designs.  Crafting and creating is a huge outlet for me! Our Family has a painting business! Two of our boys, Nate and Luke work painting year round.  We also are able to hire several students from the Bible School to work as well.
